Sired by top Oldenburg stallion Sandro Hit, who has started his own dynasty in the world dressage scene and is rewriting sporting and breeding history. National Young Horse Champion, and Young Dressage World Champion, Sandro Hit progeny are breaking all price-records, are regularly winning championships and Approval Championships. His offspring completely dominated the 2006 Oldenburg approvals. His success in breeding is no coincidence. His sire Sandro Song was Oldenburger Champion Young Stallion and Main Premium Champion, His dam, elite mare Loretta is one of the most successful breeding mares in the world. She has produced three approved stallions in total, Sandro Hit, Grand Prix winner Diamond Hit and Royal Hit. Maternal grandsire, Ramino, was five times Italian Show Jumping Champion and Welt As produced Anky van Grunsven's Olympic gold medal winning horse, Bonfire.

Sutherland Song HLF offers breeders highly interesting blood through his dam the State Premium mare Coco Chanel who's sire is the EH Caprimond, and her dam-sire Sion. EH Caprimond was the 1998 Trakehner Stallion of the Year. Caprimond began as reserve champion of his keuring, was champion of his stallion test and reserve winner of the Bundeschampionat for three year old riding horses. Caprimond began then went onto a successful dressage career, winning at the "S" level by seven years of age. In 1996 he achieved the first of several Grand Prix wins. Caprimond is valued for siring talented, rideable offspring with beautiful heads and necks. He is ranked the number one sire of "type" for Hanoverian mares. Caprimond has sired twelve approved sons, Hohenstein has also risen to be one of the most sought after stallions in Germany, and was 2002 Trakehner Stallion of the Year. Other sons have also earned top marks at stallion performance tests, demonstrating the rideability and trainability of their sire's dominant dressage genetics. Caprimonds daughter's include Donaumaerchen II, best three-year-old mare at the Federal mare show in Warendorf in 1994. The success of Donaumaerchen I and II as broodmares, have secured Caprimond a special position in breeding, with a top breeder's value of 138 points.

The approved Oldenburg stallion Sion is a highly esteemed and versatile stallion, sire of over 30 state premium mares in Oldenburg, including the winner of the Elite Mare Show 1995. He has sired 12 approved stallions, and successful sport horses including Shine On, Sir Oldenburg, Sir Tender, Sir Primeur. Sion perhaps best known as the sire of international Grand Prix star Sterntaler-Unicef , currently ridden by by Matthias Alexander Rath, and has been named to the German dressage team .
