I was in Wellington, Florida for the winter season and thinking about buying another horse. My good friend Ann called to tell me 2 vans of horses from Highlife Farms had just arrived at Jim Brandon Equestrian Center. They were being brought in for a Sport Horse Auction Highlife was holding there in only a few days. She said that as a group, they were a sensational selection of horses. There were over 30 horses there including fillies, stallions, riding horses and ponies. Of course, I had to go right over!
When I arrived, I began walking down the aisles, and I was so happy and excited to see the quality in the horses Highlife Farms was offering. As busy as they were, the staff of Highlife Farms took time to go around with me (this is the day before as they are setting up) and I found the 4 year old I just had to have (you know how that is).
After discussing her bloodlines, potential and her showing future with Highlife Farms owner, Joan Sims, I now own Highlife’s Reagal Sims! She will stay at the main facility of Highlife Farms in Orlando, to continue her training until I return to Florida for the season next fall. Be sure to look for us at the shows. I have a winner and I give much thanks to Highlife for helping me find this gem of a horse.
